UK/USA: Warner Bros. & Thinkwell Announce New “Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience“ Illuminated Forest Trail

From this autumn, Harry Potter fans of all ages will be able to immerse themselves in the “Forbidden Forest” known from the bestselling Harry Potter books and blockbuster film adaptations in the grounds of the English country house of Arley Hall & Gardens (located around eight kilometres north of Northwich) along a new outdoor adventure trail, which will become the “Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience” and open in the evening hours.

Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and California-based Thinkwell Group have developed this new experience that sends visitors on a journey along a “magical” light trail, immersing them in the Forbidden Forest and holding numerous surprises in store. Fans can look forward to discovering their favourite scenes from the forest and encountering magical creatures such as hippogriffs, centaurs, unicorns and many more. Characters and creatures from the Harry Potter “Fantastic Beasts” spin off will also be part of the experience, for which Unify Productions Global and the entertainment discovery platform Fever are partners, too. Along the illuminated trail, there will be F&B offers and a merchandise shop in a seasonally themed village.

“The ‘Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience’ offers fans a new way to enjoy some of the most iconic and magical wizarding world moments. We're thrilled to be working alongside Thinkwell to bring this incredible light trail to life at Arley Hall & Gardens, a perfect location where the natural beauty of the forest trail and illuminated sets filled with familiar creatures from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts series, will make for a magical experience for fans of all ages,” comments Peter van Roden, Senior Vice President of Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment. (eap)
