Germany: Trade Show Duo aquanale & FSB Starts Today

In the halls seven to ten of Koelnmesse, the aquanale, the International Trade Fair for Sauna.Pool.Ambience, and the FSB, the International Trade Fair for Public Space, Sports and Leisure Facilities, are ready to welcome interested visitors as of today until October 29th this week. Around 470 exhibitors from 45 countries will present their novelties and developments on the 52,000-square-metre-large show floor. The comprehensive “#B-SAFE4business“ hygiene concept of Koelnmesse, which applies throughout the trade fair grounds, requires all participants to be fully vaccinated, or to be recovered from an infection within the last six months, or to have a certified negative test result for Covid. Further requirements include the obligation to wear a medical mask. Also, access will only be permitted with a digital, named-day-only ticket, which will be available as a QR code on the trade show’s website.

 “Trade fairs have restarted with outstanding success. The first fairs held in Cologne this autumn have gone very well and one thing in particular has become clear: as business and networking platforms, trade fairs are invaluable. And the current Coronavirus Protection Ordinance makes planning and participation easier for everyone involved,” says Bettina Frias, Director of the two trade fairs.

The European Waterpark Association (EWA) has set up its “EWA Village“ on the show floor of aquanale (Hall 8.1, Stand B 31), a joint exhibition area with supporting members that will serve as a meeting and networking point. The EWA General Meeting will be held at the CongressCentrum Ost of Koelnmesse on October 28th, 2021. This year‘s EWA Awards 2020/2021 will also be presented during the EWA Dinner on the same date.
