The Netherlands: Efteling Unveils Design of “Symbolica“ Carriages

While construction works of the new “Symbolica” family attraction at the Dutch Efteling theme park are in progress, the park already unveiled the design of the attraction’s carriages. It's like magic, the fairy-tale designed vehicles will take visitors on a tour through “King Pardulfus’” palace, moving back- and forwards, circling around and overtaking each other. The ride will feature a total of 34 carriages, two of which are appropriate for physically handicapped guests.

The park presented the first inside drawing of Symbolica in November 2016 (c.f. EAP news from November 11^th, 2016), the tower’s spire was placed on the attraction’s roof in autumn last year (c.f. EAP news from September 15^th, 2016). The opening of Symbolica is scheduled for this summer, in due time for the park’s 65^th anniversary. (eap)
