Germany: Regiondo Repositions Itself in B2B Business with 360 Degree Booking Solution

Munich-based online ticket provider Regiondo has recently announced the company’s restructuring towards the B2B business to provide leisure facilities with their cloud-based 360 degrees booking solution. Previously, Regiondo, which was founded as a start-up company in 2011, operated in the B2C business but registered a high demand for digital booking solutions at leisure facilities what finally led the company to reposition itself with a new brand profile.

“We are proud of our origins. At the beginning, we wanted to make consumers aware of all the leisure activities offered in their region and how easy it actually is to book them,” said Oliver Nuetzel, CEO of Regiondo. “The contact with the leisure facilities showed us that there is a huge demand for technological booking solutions, offering advantages for both the customer and the provider. On this basis, we have developed an innovative booking technology to enable a smooth booking process in the field of tours and activities. Our new branding touches upon this technological focus and presents Regiondo as the ideal partner for the digitalization of the leisure industry,” added Nuetzel.

Besides its core markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Regiondo plans to enter further international markets – the company has already introduced its specialized technology to the English, French and Italian leisure market. (eap)
