Historama Opened at Europa-Park

The Europa-Park in Rust, Germany, opened its doors for the first time on July 12, 1975. Since the park’s birthday, a new attraction has awaited the visitors: Europa-Park Historama – a tribute to the park’s history of more than 35 years. After having been welcomed by an oversized golden Euromouse, visitors start at the museum with a journey through the park’s highlights. The guests decide themselves how deep they want to immerse in the history. This area is followed by a multimedia-based time travel through the highlights of the park’s development in a revolving theater. Various exciting stories focusing on glamour, shows, celebrities and events will be presented to the visitors in six rooms. But also the technical development of the attractions will be displayed by means of on-ride videos and the latest laser technologies. Europa-Park’s pyramid, an always extravagant and eye-catching building, will shine in new brilliance. Also the foyer of the monorail station and the shopping area will completely be restructured. In the near future, the generation restaurant will spoil its guests with culinary delicacies framed by a touch of nostalgia. (eap)
