Germany: Scheidt & Bachmann and HKS Establish Joint Venture entervo-access

Germany’s Scheidt & Bachmann and HKS companies – two leading specialists for cash and access systems – have established the entervo-access GmbH joint venture to develop new intelligent cash and access systems for the leisure industry. Through the cooperation both companies aim at providing their customers with integrated web applications, shortened service processing times and demand-oriented access to the vending machine portfolios of Scheidt & Bachmann und HKS’ Fischer Electronic subsidiary.

With Rouven Bartels and Thomas Gutjahr, two experienced industry experts were appointed as managing directors of the newly founded company: “We were both enthusiastic about the idea of a joint venture for adventure pools and thermal baths and look forward to designing new solutions,” comments Rouven Bartels. “I can hardly imagine better conditions for an industry-oriented cooperation and thus improved framework conditions for the design of future-oriented solutions,” adds Gutjahr.
