ANC Holdings Takes Stake in Amusement Whitewater

The Dubai-based company ANC Holdings has taken a majority stake in Amusement Whitewater, a regional leader in design, supply and execution of themed environments. AWW has been involved in important projects such as “The Lost City” in South-Africa, “The Lost Chambers and Aquaventure” at The Atlantis and at Wild Wadi in Dubai. ANC Holdings was founded in 1976 together with ANC Contracting and had a significant role in creating modern Dubai. AWW and its new partners ANC and Flag Holdings will provide turnkey solutions from design to construction for tourist facilities as e.g. theme and water parks. (eap)
