USA: New Major Hotel Experiences Coming to Las Vegas

Las Vegas – the US gambeling hub – is defined by constant transformation such as hotel and casino openings. In 2020 and 2021, new high-class hotels are set to open. The Circa Resort & Casino, which is currently under construction at the city‘s iconic Fremont Street and will comprise a total ground space of around 116,000 square metres (1,25 million square foot), will offer 777 rooms, in addition to a three-level sports betting venture operated by Circa Sports featuring a 78-million-pixel HD screen, a rooftop pool amphitheater with six pools and a 14-million-pixel screen, a two-story casino equipped with numerous slot machines and table games and a range of restaurants and bars.

Another large-scale casino hotel complex is set to open in summer 2021. The 4.3 billion US-Dollar Resorts World Las Vegas, which will be operated by the multi-divisional Genting Berhad company, will feature 3,500 guest rooms. The two hotel towers will host a meeting and banquet space, a spa, a pool complex with an over 167 square metre large infinity pool offering views over the Las Vegas Strip, an event theatre and a large-scale casino area. Both hotel and casino resorts were planned by Las Vegas-based architecture company Steelman Partners.

Furthermore, the opening of the Allegiant Stadium is highly awaited for July 31st, 2020. The over 160,000 square metres (1.75 million square foot) large NFL (National Football League) stadium will have a capacity for 65,000 visitors. (eap)
