USA: Carnival Corporation Appoints Jeffrey J. Gearhart as New Member of Board of Directors

The US-American travel conglomerate Carnival Corporation & plc, subsidiaries of which include cruise line fleets such as Carnival Cruise Line and Aida Cruises amongst others, recently announced the appointment of Jeffrey J. Gearhart as a new member of the company’s board of directors, effective immediately. Gearheart, who most recently acted as Executive Vice President of Walmart, will also serve on the Compliance Committee as well as on the Health, Environmental, Safety & Security Committee of Carnival Corporation.
