USA: New “Adventure Cove“ Area at Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Set to Launch This Summer

Despite the fact that Columbus Zoo and Aquarium located in Powell/Ohio has been closed to the public since March 14th, the facility did not stop construction works on the new “Adventure Cove“ area – the zoo is optimistic to be able to open the new area this summer. The development of the facility, where seals and sea lions will find a new home, started in October 2017 and is now nearly completed. In addition tot he animal enclosures, Adventure Cove will feature “Jack Hanna’s Animal Encounter Village“, a colorful and immersive experience highlighting animals from all around the world. Furthermore, existing attractions in the area will be updated.
