Germany: Jaderpark Opens “Farm“-Themed Area with New Attractions

Following a planning and construction phase of around one year, Northern Germany’s Jaderpark will open its new “On the Farm” theme area tomorrow.

Highlight of the area, which includes new and pre-existing attractions, is a ten-meter high family drop tower from Zierer, designed as a maypole. Directly adjacent to the tower, especially the youngest visitors can enjoy themselves in a hogs-themed roundabout, which was supplied by Italian manufacturer Zamperla. Further rides include the park’s existing ladybug coaster, a kiddie railway train and an electric horse hippodrome. In addition, there is an electronic theater where guests come close to the farm’s animals.

A new hop garden rounds off the new area; funny hog figures and other decoration elements create a farm ambience. Jaderpark invested around 650,000 Euros in its new theme area, a large part of the construction works was realized with the park’s own resources. (eap)
