Investors are the Irish Carr Golf Group, the Lewis family, and the Hungarian Agustin Consulting firm. Around 60 penthouse apartments are planned, as well as golf lodges with terraces, row houses, luxurious villas, and a five-star hotel with spa, clubhouse, shops, restaurants and a wide variety of leisure offers.
