London: Picsolve Partners With Madame Tussauds London to Generate Exclusive Photo-Experiences

Picsolve, the leading image capture partner for the leisure and entertainment industry, and the famous waxworks museum Madame Tussauds London have created two unique photo moments with the wax-figures of Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner, which have recently been integrated into the exhibition. Visitors begin their journey backstage at an international fashion event. Kendall Jenner’s wax likeness is seated in front of a makeup table and mirror, so visitors can take an exclusive “selfie” with the model – the camera of Picsolve, which is integrated into the mirror, captures the moment. After preparing backstage for the catwalk with Kendall, guests walk down the runway towards Cara Delevigne, to pose with her in front of the paparazzi flashlights. For a photo of the walk a camera with a special infrared sensor is used that takes the picture as guests glide down the catwalk. This moments can directly be purchased as a print or digital copy of the photos, which can be downloaded on the Picsolve app (cf. EAP, issue 3/2015). “Our latest installation at Madame Tussauds London is the perfect example of how Picsolve’s technology is transforming typically ‘out-of-reach’ experiences into a reality for our partners and our guests,” commented Baz Slatter, Global Business Development Director at Picsolve. Lee Heighington, Head of Commercial Operations at Madame Taussauds London, added that working with Picsolve not just offers photo opportunities, but exciting moments to the guests. As Picsolve has a long-standing partnership with Madame Tussauds London, it will bring its innovative photo technology to five of the wax figure sets, including One Direction, President Obama, the Royal Family, Kim Kardashian and Star Wars.
