Nintendo Partnering with Universal Parks

In order to make its brands known outside of the gaming industry, the Japanese video game and game console developer Nintendo recently signed an agreement with Universal Parks & Resorts to bring the world of Nintendo to life at Universal theme parks. This could mean that soon well-known characters such as “Super Mario” & Co. could be found at major attractions at Universal’s theme parks in California, Florida, Osaka or Singapore. More details on possible attraction concepts for the “immersive experiences” have not been communicated yet. (eap)
