Ocean Park Hong Kong Plans to Open Waterpark in 2017

Hong Kong’s Ocean Park recently announced its plans for a 2017 opening of a new year-round water park. The waterfront water park, which will feature indoor and outdoor areas, will be integrated into the hilly landscape of the Tai Shue Wan Bay. 30 attractions, including one of the world’s longest lazy rivers, two wave pools, a children’s play area, cabanas, two themed beaches, a wave rider and 19 dynamic and state-of-the-art water slides, plus entertainment areas will complete the offer of the 440,000 square feet (around 40,900 sqm) water park.
