Tomorrow, LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort will open its doors to visitors again. This year’s highlight novelty will be the all-new “LEGO® Mythica” theme area with the first LEGOLAND® Wing Coaster, dubbed “Maximus – The Flight of the Guardian” (supplied by Bolliger & Mabillard). In addition to the coaster, two Family Drop Towers, a LEGO® bricks building area and a new playground named “Lavaland” will also be available to the young guests as of tomorrow. Read all about LEGO Mythica in our upcoming May/June magazine issue.

Following the park’s 20th anniversary celebrations last year, it’s now Legoland’s related vacation village seeing a special “birthday”. On June 18, 2008 – 15 years ago – the first Legoland accommodation offer was launched at the park’s site in Günzburg. What once started with a campsite and themed rooms has meanwhile developed into an offer counting with eight different overnight accommodation options. The most recent addition was the “Ninjago Quarters”, which opened last year and has been very popular among guests with an occupancy rate of 83 percent, as the park states.
