Roland Mack Joins BTW Executive Committee

The Bundesverband der Deutschen Tourismuswirtschaft (BTW), the Federal Association of the German Tourism

Industry, has unanimously elected Europa-Park owner Roland Mack as new member of its executive committee at the general meeting in Berlin on Monday evening. Sören Hartmann (DER Touristik GmbH) and Hartmut Mehdorn (Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH) have also joined the executive committee as new members. Dr. Michael Frenzel, former board member of TUI, has been confirmed in his office as BTW President which he has held since 2012.

Theme park entrepreneur Roland Mack is looking forward to the upcoming legislative period and to discuss new opportunities and challenges of the tourism industry with the BTW executive committee. (eap)
