USA: Sally Corporation Collaborates with Sanderson Group on „Casper’s Birthday Blast“

Sally Corporation, a specialist in the development of dark rides headquartered in Florida’s Jacksonville, will develop the interactive dark ride “Casper’s Birthday Blast” for Malaysia’s Movie Animation Park Studios (MAPS) in collaboration with the Sanderson Group, an international thematic design and construction corporation. The new attraction will be based on DreamWorks’ well-known IP brand “Casper the Friendly Ghost”. Sally Corporation is responsible for the development of the interactive systems, animatronic figures, animated props, ride system, soundtrack and overall show control. The original design and scenic treatments for the rides are created by the Sanderson Group. The MAPS’ construction works, with an investment volume of 450 million Malaysian Ringgit (approx. 97.64 million Euros) on 21 hectares (52 acres), are at over 80 % completion. The park is expected to open its doors later this year, according to Sally Corporation. (eap)
