USA: Ride Entertainment Expands Team

Maryland-based Ride Entertainment, a company specialized in various services for the leisure and amusement industry, including sales, operation and installation of rides and attractions, has welcomed five new team members during the past year: Lance Beatty took over the role as the company’s new Operations Manager. He has a backround as a banker and will now focus on Skycoaster® site certifications and work hand-in-hand with Ride Entertainment’s revenue share partners such as amusement parks. Furthermore, Eli Parawan was appointed new Marketing & Sales Director for the company’s operations division and Jon Meeker, who had formerly hold a position in the operations team at The Disneyland Resort in California (amongst others), joined Ride Entertainment as new Sales Manager.
Also, Manny Gonzalez, former President of Six Flags Mexico, was hired to lead the TZ Entertainment arm of Ride Entertainment, which is focused on new projects at zoos, aquariums and amusement parks, as Managing Partner. The company’s most recent hire is Amanda Mercado, who has worked for both ride manufacturers such as S&S as well as Six Flags parks. Mercado is working as Technical Manager in the installation division, erecting new rides as well as working on attraction rehabs and inspections.
