USA: Virtuix and Hownd Announces Cooperation

Virtuix, the Austin-based provider of the esports attraction “Omni Arena“ (cf. EAP news 23 Nov 2018), and the foot traffic generation platform Hownd™ announced their partnership. Hownd will accesss the Omni Arena player database to generate email addresses and dates of birth to create strategic marketing for each user individually. With the targeted promotion, the system will help attract new and returning customers. “70% of Omni Arena players create a player profile, yielding the operator 1,000 to 1,500 email addresses and dates of birth each month. Such incredible user data is only valuable when used for direct marketing that drives players back to the venue. Hownd is an expert at using player profiles for this purpose, and we expect that Omni Arena’s integration with the Hownd platform will increase repeat play even more,“ explains Jan Goetgeluk, founder and CEO of Virtuix.
