Parques Reunidos Introduces Quinyx’s Workforce Management Technology to Leverage Digital Transformation

The Spanish operating group Parques Reunidos and its associated US subsidiary Palace Entertainment (based in Pittsburgh) have recently introduced the cloud- and AI-based workforce management solution developed by the Swedish provider of Quinyx in order to further optimize its staff planning and to leverage digital transformation. Intelligent algorithms will help scheduling variables, such as weather forecasts, events and historical data to help streamline and optimize workforce management globally and create better schedules across all related parks. Key functions are such as labor optimization, scheduling, time & attendance reporting and engagement.
