GB/USA: Electrosonic Group Appoints Lori Cross Non-Executive Chair of the Board

Electrosonic Group, which is specialized in audiovisual and technology solutions for the international leisure industry, has appointed its long-serving Board Member Lori Cross (photo) as Non-Executive Chair of the Board to fast-track the company's transformation and expansion strategy. She will take over the position from Steve Leyland.

Lori Cross has been a board member for more than ten years and has a deep knowledge of the company, its business, and its talent. Lori brings proven expertise and experience in transformative leadership, innovation, strategy formulation, and execution to further guide Electrosonic through the next phase of its over 55-year company history. “I am excited to become Chair for the Electrosonic Group as new opportunities are emerging in all the places we work, live, and play,” says Lori Cross. “The company has a proud history, amazing people, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of engineering to deliver innovative solutions for our clients and partners.”

Lori Cross combines her new leadership position with rigorous academic credentials as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wisconsin, where she teaches strategy and leadership courses. Cross is also President of Mind Span Consulting, specializing in developing exceptional leaders in disruptive, technology-based businesses.
