Germany: Hannover Adventure Zoo Introduces Dynamic Princing for Visitor Flow Management
Germany’s Hannover Adventure Zoo will further optimise its pricing strategy and visitor flow by the complete digitization of the customer journey. The zoological leisure destination has started a cooperation with Dutch company Convious, a leading eCommerce platform provider. Its solution integrates features such as dynamic pricing, which allows prices to be calculated in real time depending on market factors such as weather conditions, demand, capacity, seasonality etc. In combination with a crowd control management system, visitor flows can be optimally directed from peak days to less frequented opening days. Guests can book their tickets online before their visit, select a specific time slot and profit from best prices.

For example, the software solution also makes it very easy to implement our ‘One Euro for Species Protection‘ project when purchasing tickets, which serves to directly support our species protection projects,“ explains Andreas M.
