USA: New Legoland Florida Hotel Can be Booked Now

Future guests to the new Lego hotel currently being built at Winter Haven’s Legoland Florida can now book their rooms at the new facility, which will be opened in the summer of 2015. Following the groundbreaking ceremony last November, construction now passes into the next phase having reached its “topping off” milestone recently. The five-story hotel will feature 152 brightly colored and highly themed rooms and suites, numerous Lego models, interactive play areas, a pool and restaurants including a kid-size buffet. Rooms will be available in three different themes: Pirate, Kingdom or Adventure. The addition of the hotel will provide visitors of the existing Lego theme and water park to extend their stay and explore the Legoland Florida Resort for more than one day. The new hotel will be the sixth Legoland hotel worldwide, adding to the existing hotels in California, Windsor, Billund, Günzburg and Malaysia. (eap)
