The Spanisch operator group Parques Reunidos has extended its contract with the technology provider accesso (accesso Technology Group) by another five years. As a result, the company now serves as the enterprise provider for the queue management system in the group’s various parks. The operator group has already been relying on the provider’s technology since 2012, such as the “accesso LoQueue®” queue management solution, which will now be used in two more of the operator’s North American and four European facilities. More than 60 theme parks, zoos, water parks and attractions in Europe, North America and Australia are part of the operator group’s portfolio.

“Providing exceptional experiences for our guests is at the heart of our vision as a company, and accesso carries both the technical and operational expertise we need to execute on that vision worldwide,” said Hans Aksel Pedersen, Parques Reunidos COO. “In expanding our proven partnership with accesso, we are pleased to extend our use of virtual queuing and further provide our guests this innovative option for enjoying even more of what our venues have to offer.”

Millions of guests around the world can benefit from the provider’s queuing technology every year. (eap)
