UK/USA: Picsolve Acquires Freeze Frame

British Picsolve company, one of the leading photo and video technology providers for the leisure and entertainment industry, has recently acquired New York City-based Freeze Frame to further push the company’s growth in the North-American market. According to Picsolve, the acquisition increases the company’s footprint in the US by 50 percent – including the transition of 23 key visitor destinations operating photography-led consumer experiences in North America, such as the “One World Observatory” at One World Trade Center or Central Park Zoo in NYC. Customers of the company can also benefit from an expanded technology portfolio, bringing together Picsolve’s digital imaging technology and Freeze Frame’s patented green screen high-definition video Experience Wall, which offers customers an immersive and seamless image capture experience.

Clifford David, Founder of Freeze Frame, will take over the position as President of Picsolve North America, overseeing the integration of both companies. David Hockley, Interim CEO of Picsolve, commented: “Freeze Frame has a long history of technological innovation, performance and continuous customer experience improvement within the digital imaging and content capture market. This acquisition marks the next step in Picsolve’s expansion and growth within the US, allowing us to build groundbreaking partnerships across the country in an exciting variety of sectors.” (eap)
