Four New Aérobar Visitor Attractions to Be Opened in 2018

Im Futuroscope wurde 2013 die erste Aérobar weltweit eröffnet, hier links im Bild.

The first location worldwide to open an “Aérobar“, where guests can enjoy food and drinks in lofty heights, was France’s Futuroscope theme park back in 2013 (cf. EAP news f. 24 May 2013). Since then, this unusual gastronomy concept developed by the French company Aérophile has been implemented at several other locations – e.g. at Parc du Petit Prince in Alsace (cp. EAP 3/2014) or at Parc Sindibad in Morocco. This year, the French manufacturer presents no less than four new installations: After an Aérobar went into operation in South Korea earlier this year in due time for the Winter Olympics, another air bar was recently opened in Dubai. Under the name of “Flying Cup“, the new attraction can be found on Dubai‘s “The Beach“ promenade at Jumeirah Beach. The manufacturer also announced the opening of a facility in the Mexican city of Tulum this month. Another air bar is scheduled to open this summer in Europe – as part of the new Le Centre de Découverte Loirestua visitor centre located between the cities of Nantes and Saint-Nazaire in the Loire Valley, scheduled to open in July.
