Germany: “Showmen Hand in Hand“ – Mobile Free-Fall Tower Makes Stop at Allgäu Skyline Park

A great gesture of the Allgäu Skyline Park, which may animate other facilities to do the same: Under the motto of “Showmen Hand in Hand”, Allgäu Skyline Park owner Joachim Löwenthal invited the befriended showman family Goetzke to build up their “Sky Fall” – an 85 meter high mobile free-fall tower from Funtime – in the park. The showman family, like other showmen businesses, will not be able to participate in fun fairs at least until autumn this year due to the current restrictions of public life. To mitigate the financial consequences of this crisis for the showman family, the Sky Fall will be set up in Allgäu Skyline Park to provide visitors with an adrenaline-packed experience during the next five months. For a ride on the “Sky Fall”, visitors will have to pay an obolus of three Euros.

In addition, the park, which will open its gates again this coming weekend (as of 30th May), is pushing forward the realization of its new 142-meter-high Star Flayer attraction, also manufactured by Funtime, the installation of which starts shortly. (eap)
