Aquatic Development Group Strengthens Management Team

(eap) The US-based Aquatic Development Group (ADG), specialising in the design, construction and technical equipment of water parks and wave pools, has announced an expansion of its management team. Three employees are moving to the next level of leadership: Ray Lauenstein has been promoted to Vice President of Project Development, Salvatore D’Aniello to Vice President of Construction & Project Delivery, and Julie Kline to Vice President of Sales & Engineering.
According to the company, these appointments form part of ADG’s continued investment in its leadership structure, aimed at supporting further growth and long-term development. Lauenstein, D’Aniello and Kline will join ADG’s CFO on the company’s Leadership Team. Working closely with the Executive Committee, the team will help translate the company’s strategic direction into priorities, decisions and coordinated action across the organisation.

Ray Lauenstein has been with ADG since 2008. Most recently, he has played an important role in integrating the company’s planning capabilities more closely into the sales, design and preconstruction process. In his new role as Vice President of Project Development, Lauenstein will be responsible for early-stage project planning and development. Working with owners, developers, operators and industry partners, he will help develop project concepts designed to be creative, buildable and operationally sound, while also meeting budget and schedule expectations.
Julie Kline has worked across marketing, sales and management roles since joining the company in 2016. Her areas of focus have included strengthening client relationships and advancing surf systems and aquatic attractions. As Vice President of Sales & Engineering, Kline will lead ADG’s sales and engineering functions, connecting the company’s commercial strategy with its technical expertise and long-standing experience in wave system innovation.
Salvatore D’Aniello joined ADG in 2024, bringing with him more than 32 years of experience in construction and project management. As Vice President of Construction & Project Delivery, he will lead the company’s project management and construction teams. His role will continue to focus on reliable project delivery, cost control, quality assurance and efficient construction execution. ■
