Center Parcs Expands Park Eifel By New VIP Vacation Homes

(eap) Following a comprehensive renovation and reopening in 2023 (see EAP 4/2023), Center Parcs Park Eifel will be further expanded this year. There will be a total of 30 new VIP vacation homes – 20 for six and ten for eight people each. The new units will be built in clusters of three, with two six-person vacation homes on the outside and an eight-person vacation home in the middle. All the new vacation homes will have a partially covered panoramic terrace, a private outdoor Finnish sauna, and a whirlpool. A total of 14.2 million euros is being invested in the expansion.

A special focus again being placed on sustainable construction and operation. The vacation homes will be operated without fossil fuels: Solar panels installed on the roofs will generate energy to power the central air-to-water heat pumps in each home. The first twelve homes are scheduled to open in June this year. The remaining 18 houses are supposed to be available from October 2025.

“With this expansion, we are continuing our commitment to offering our guests a first-class vacation experience. The new VIP vacation homes combine comfort, design and a connection with nature and are a perfect addition to our existing offering,” says Frank Daemen, General Manager of Center Parcs Germany. ■
