Following Success in Cologne: “Jurassic World: The Exhibition” Comes to Berlin

(eap) Building on the success of “Jurassic World: The Exhibition” in Cologne, the dinosaur experience is now coming to the German capital. From December 1, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the exhibition around the prehistoric giants in the Expohalle Urban Banks in the Rathenau-Hallen in Berlin. The production of the exhibition, inspired by Universal Pictures’ and Amblin Entertainment’s “Jurassic World” franchise, is a collaboration between Universal Live Entertainment, NEON, Explorado Group and Animax Designs.

“We are delighted that Jurassic World: The Exhibition is opening its doors in the capital city of Berlin. This one-of-a-kind exhibition has already thrilled and amazed more than five million guests by giving visitors a unique chance to come face-to-face with life-size dinosaurs and explore exciting themed worlds, all inspired by the globally beloved Jurassic World film series and franchise. We thank Neon and Explorado Group for bringing this fantastic experience to Berlin and presenting it together. I’m convinced fans of all ages will love this adventure that originated 65 million years ago,” says Michael Silver, President of Global Business Development at Universal Destinations & Experiences.

Andreas Waschk, CEO of Explorado Group, comments: “After the great success with sold-out days every day and a total of 340,000 tickets sold at the ODYSSEUM Cologne, we are very pleased to present this extraordinary exhibition at the Expohalle Urban Banks in Berlin. Fans now have the unique opportunity to experience life-size dinosaurs up close.” ■
