Four New Water Attractions to Open at Aquasplash Antibes
(eap) Aquasplash Antibes, located on the Côte d’Azur in southern France, has announced an extensive expansion of its attraction portfolio for the upcoming summer season. From 13 June, guests at the water park, which belongs to the Spanish Parques Reunidos group, will be able to discover four new water attractions. As a result of the expansion, the park – which is located in the vicinity of Marineland, closed in 2024 – will grow by a total of 14,000 square meters of additional space. According to the park, this corresponds to an increase of almost 40 percent of its total area.

With this investment, Aquasplash Antibes aims to enhance its offer for families, thrill-seekers and guests looking for relaxation alike. The park’s visual identity has also been revised, including a new logo.
“This new season represents much more than the addition of new attractions,” said Damien Montay, General Manager of Aquasplash. He continues, “Aquasplash is entering a new dimension, reinforcing its role within the French Riviera by offering an even more immersive, fun and accessible experience. With these investments, we aim to further strengthen Aquasplash’s position as the leading water park on the French Riviera. We have reimagined the park to deliver more enjoyment, laughter and emotion, making it a must-visit destination this summer.”
The four new attractions, supplied by WhiteWater West and Murphys Waves, include:
“Riviera Sphere”: a family rafting slide for two to four people, starting at a height of 14 meters and measuring 175 meters in length;
“Azur Fall”: a 15-meter-high freefall slide for adrenaline fans, measuring 96 meters in length and reaching average speeds of 40 to 50 km/h;
“Nice Race”: a two-lane racing slide on which guests can compete against each other in parallel. The slide starts in a height of 14 meters, is 121 meters long and is designed to offer fun for 340 pph;
