Germany: Berlin’s First Trampoline Park Open to Guests

Currently, a real trampoline trend is arising throughout Europe resulting in the launch of more and more trampoline parks. This past mid-October saw the opening of Berlin’s first trampoline hall. Jump Berlin is located inside the indoor beach center BeachBerlin in the district of Reinickendorf. The operators have experience in leading leisure facilities as they also run MountMitte, a high ropes course delivered by KristallTurm, and the beach volleyball facility Beachmitte.

Most of Jump Berlin’s 58 trampolines are situated in the open jump area. Apart from this freestyle zone, the trampoline hall features a dodgeball area, a basketball zone as well as two long tumbling lanes, which are long trampoline lanes offering enough space for tricks such as flic flacs. Furthermore, jumping onto one of the park’s air bags is a whole lot of fun. As of next year, Jump Berlin will also offer diverse sports courses and training lessons with a tramp board, a new sports device developed for trampoline parks.

In 2016 and 2017, two new Jump Berlin facilities will open in the German capital. Read more about the trampoline trend in our next EAP issue (1/2016). (eap)
