Hassloch, Germany: Holiday Park to Open New Thrill Coaster in 2014

Beginning July 2014, visitors to the Holiday Park in Hassloch will experience a new, one-of-a-kind attraction in Europe. For an investment of eight million euros, the amusement park is receiving a new Thrill Coaster, delivered by American roller coaster manufacturer Premier Rides. Thrilling elements like a catapult launch, twists, extreme forward and backward acceleration, vertical drops and loops will delight passengers on the new roller coaster. Thanks to magnetic launch technology, up to 3.5g force is felt by the passengers, who reach maximum speeds of up to 100 km/h during the ride. “After large investments and new construction over the last two years, the construction of this thrill coaster, unique in Europe, is another step towards an attractive and experience-oriented overhaul of the park”, according to park manager Bernd Beitz.
