Lo-Q Acquires Ticketing Solution Company accesso LLC

Lo-Q, provider of virtual queuing systems, yesterday announced the acquisition of US-based ticketing and e-Commerce company accesso LLC for a total consideration of 13.7 million GBP (around 16.9 million EUR). accesso has been offering ticketing solutions for theme parks, waterparks, zoos and cultural attractions in North America since 2002. “I am delighted to announce the news today of our acquisition of accesso.
