“Following the success of last summer’s drone show for the Grand Finale of the Tour de France, I wanted to give the people of Nice another unforgettable moment, this time ahead of the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference, which our city has the honor of hosting. On Friday, June 6, combining cutting-edge technology and artistic creativity, 2,025 drones will rise into the sky above the Promenade des Anglais for a unique luminous ballet. A record never before achieved in Europe, made possible thanks to the technical expertise of our partner Dronisos. This prodigious show will be preceded by an exceptional concert featuring two major DJs that will dazzle and leave a lasting impression on the people of Nice, and set the tone for the meetings that will take place in the following days. Ambition, audacity and progress. See you on the evening of June 6 for an exceptional show and to welcome heads of state, mayors, and scientists from around the world,” said Estrosi, who also serves as President of the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur and Vice President of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (PACA) Regional Council. ■
