New “Total Ninja Interactive” Leisure Facility Now Open in Dubai

(eap) With Total Ninja Interactive a new indoor leisure facility that combines classic exercise games with digital elements has opened its doors in Dubai. On an area of 15,000 square feet (around 1,400 square meters) in the Joud Boulevard Shopping Mall (Motor City), visitors can enjoy a variety of physically challenging and interactive stations – including an ensemble of twelve mixed-reality attractions.

The installation is a further development of the original analog Total Ninja concept. While classic ninja courses usually take center stage in existing facilities, the new offering focuses increasingly on interactive technologies. In addition to traditional movement games such as “Wipeout”, “Battle Ball” and “Dodge Attack”, digital stations are also integrated into the overall offering.
The mixed-reality attractions come from Finnish company Valo Motion, which supplied the park with two “ValoArena” and two “ValoClimb” units as well as eight “ValoJump” attractions. “The partnership with Valo Motion has helped us take Total Ninja Interactive to a whole new level,” explains David Harbour, Venue Manager at Total Ninja Interactive Dubai. “ValoArena, ValoJump and ValoClimb allow our guests to move, play and challenge themselves in a way they’ve never seen before.” The hall also includes four party rooms as well as additional facilities such as a café, merchandise store and lounge areas with Wi-Fi and lockers. ■
