New FEC “Imagi Park” at “Val D’Europe” Shopping Center

(eap) The Val D’Europe shopping center in the Île-de-France region, located near Disneyland Paris, has been expanded to include a large-scale indoor leisure complex. In cooperation with the French operator Otium Leisure, the new FEC Imagi Park has been created on an area of around 13,400 square meters, spanning four levels and combining a wide range of leisure attractions.

On the basement and ground floor, the leisure world of Speed Park is presented across more than 5,000 square meters, offering, among other things, an indoor kart track, bowling lanes, billiards, a laser game as well as karaoke and quiz activities. On the first floor, visitors will find the trampoline park Kojump along with the interactive experience Fort Boyard Adventures, which is based on the French TV show of the same name. The offering is further complemented by a fitness studio of the U.S. chain Gold’s Gym and the themed restaurant concept Wonderwoods by the company Ephemera, which is dedicated to an enchanted forest theme. In addition, an event area of around 800 square meters with a capacity for up to 500 people is available for seminars, team-building activities, or corporate events.
With Imagi Park, Otium Leisure has realized a multi-brand center under one roof for the first time. Around 100 new jobs are said to have been created in connection with the opening. The total investment for the project amounts to approximately 15 million euros. ■
