(eap) The Oskarshausen amusement park near Dresden, Germany, offers various attractions for families with children on over 15,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor space. A new feature is “Oskar’s Play Arena”, an air-conditioned indoor area that invites children to play alone or in groups. Children can create pictures by touching an XXL LED wall or play games at interactive tables. Oskar’s play arena is included in the free admission and can therefore be used free of charge by all guests. Especially on hot summer days, families can enjoy fun and games in the cool indoor area. In addition to the play arena, there is also the “Fun Factory” (Spaßfabrik) with an indoor climbing experience and trampolines as well as the “Snack Factory” (Naschfabrik) with two indoor rides.

The “Splash Oasis” (Planschoase) with pedal boats and water slide in the outdoor area also provides a cool down on warm summer days. In addition to a selection of scoop and soft ice cream, Oskarshausen’s gastronomy now also offers so-called “Shaved Ice” – the food trend in which colorful ice cream is grated. ■
