Preparations for the Halloween Season: Nigloland Launches New AI Photo Tool

(eap) While the summer holidays have now ended in most parts of Europe, amusement and theme parks are already in full swing preparing for the next particularly high-traffic season: Halloween is just around the corner, and both small and large investments are being made to delight visitors with spooky yet fun experiences. The French park Nigloland will be offering a new AI-based photo option for its guests during “Nigloween,” taking place from October 4 to 31.

This new feature will allow visitors to use integrated AI technology to edit photos of themselves with imaginative Halloween costumes and include the park’s mascots in the images. The photos can be shared directly on social media and are also intended to serve as a special souvenir to take home. The new offer at Nigloland was developed by the creative studio D-Way Creative and French photo technology specialist Peoplesnap.

“At D-Way, we are passionate about creating experiences that connect audiences to powerful narratives. It is a privilege to collaborate with Nigloland once again, and to partner with Peoplesnap to bring this innovative experience to life. Together, we are reinforcing Nigloland‘s unique storytelling while offering visitors a fun and shareable moment of immersion,” commented Laurent Monti, founder of D-Way Creative.

Edouard de Ribou, founder of Peoplesnap, added: “Our mission at Peoplesnap has always been to harness technology to create simple yet impactful experiences. Working alongside D-Way and Nigloland allows us to bring that vision to a wider audience, combining creativity and AI in a way that enhances both entertainment and guest engagement.”

In addition to the new AI-based photo option, Nigloland will also feature themed decorations, shows, and entertainment to create a spooky autumn atmosphere. ■
