Rulantica: “Svømmepøl” Outdoor Pool Officially Opened

(eap) With today’s opening of the new outdoor pool “Svømmepøl”, visitors to the Rulantica water world at Europa-Park Resort can now enjoy a new year-round offer in the outdoor area of the water park. The approximately 660 square meter pool invites bathers to swim, relax and discover – embedded in a Nordic-style “volcanic landscape”.

The themed pool in the “Dynstrønd” area is the largest open-air pool in Rulantica to date and is designed to impress not only with its size, but also with numerous design elements: geysers, gentle water mist and an infinity area provide special visual effects. A rock cave with bubbling water loungers serves as a retreat for relaxing moments, while younger visitors can playfully go on a discovery tour with mascot “Snorri” – supported by a video installation by MACK Magic. Another highlight is the integrated swim-up bar “Svømme-Bar”, which seats 150 guests. Thanks to a glazed corridor, access from the indoor hall is convenient regardless of the weather – making it a year-round experience.
