Season Kick-Off at Gardaland: New Attraction at Sea Life & Trend Events

Park-Maskottchen Prezzemolo begrüßt zur neuen Saison.

(eap) The Italian Gardaland Resort has reopened its gates to visitors and aims to surprise guests this season with, among other things, a new educational gaming offering at the Sea Life aquarium, trendy events, and a new film in the 4D cinema.

At Sea Life – part of the Gardaland Resort operated by Merlin Entertainments – younger guests in particular can look forward to an educational exploration tour: With the new digital program “Animal Crossing™: New Horizons”, based on the Nintendo life simulation game of the same name, the various animal characters can be discovered in an interactive way. Entertainment, education, and the promotion of environmental awareness are intended to come together in this experience.

At Gardaland Park, visitors can look forward to two new events: In May, the “Strawberry Bites” days will place the strawberry season at the centre of the culinary experience, offering a wide variety of creative and delicious treats. June will bring a musical highlight: On the weekend of June 13 and 14, live concerts featuring Korean pop music (“K-pop”) will take place, giving trendy sounds a dedicated stage.

The production, created by Gardaland, is set to take family audiences on a multisensory journey that brings the park’s story to life in an emotional way and connects generations.

Also, the “Gardaland Theatre” celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, a new stage performance titled “District 51 – Hangar of Mystery” will be presented, with a storyline set in the Nevada desert, where a secret hangar becomes the setting for mysterious technologies, unexplained phenomena, and a surprising finale.

Additional shows, events, and special activities await visitors throughout the season, before the park heads into a short winter break again in nine months’ time. Don’t miss our park report (published in the current EAP issue, March/April 2026) to learn more about further innovations and investments in Europe’s theme and amusement parks. ■
