(eap) The city of Neusäss, located north-west of Augsburg, Germany, is continuing its long-standing cooperation with operating company GMF. The existing operation and management contract for the Titania leisure and adventure pool was recently extended until 2030. In doing so, both parties are creating planning security and underlining their joint commitment to maintaining and further developing the popular facility. This year, Titania is celebrating its 25th anniversary.

The city and GMF have been cooperating since 2013. Today, with more than 100 employees, Titania ranks among the city’s most important employers. Going forward, the city will remain responsible for the building, maintenance and annual revisions at the pool. GMF will continue to handle the facility’s operational management, which also includes swimming courses, food and beverage services and the organisation of events. Investments in quality, technology and infrastructure, as well as long-term development concept, are intended to help ensure that the pool remains a place where visitors can take a break from everyday life in the future.

“Cooperation with GMF has been characterised for many years by trust, professionalism and mutual appreciation. With the contract extension, we are continuing along this successful path,” emphasises Richard Greiner, First Mayor of the city of Neusäss. ■
