Two New Aérobar Projects Launched in Montenegro and Vietnam
The new Aerobar in Kotor offers a panoramic view of the surrounding Lovćen National Park.

(eap) With its “Aerobar”, French company Aérophile offers an unusual concept combining gastronomy with an observation ride. Up to 16 guests sit around an open bar platform with their legs suspended freely in the air. The platform ascends a tower-like metal structure to a height of around 35 meters, rotating around its own axis as it rises. Guests are accompanied by a so-called “Aérobarman”, who acts as both host and ride operator. Passengers can enjoy snacks and drinks while taking in the panoramic views.
The supplier recently completed two further Aerobar projects in Europe and Asia. An Aerobar opened in Kotor, Montenegro, in July. The installation is located at the upper station of the Kotor Cable Car on the plateau of Mount Lovćen, around 1,350 metres above sea level, and offers impressive views of the surrounding national park. In May, “Aeromast” began operating at Aerobar Sky Park in the Vietnamese coastal city of Da Nang. The installation overlooks My Khe Beach on the South China Sea.
The French company is among the more than 800 exhibitors at IAAPA Expo Europe, which opens in London today. ■
