USA: New “Sesame Street“ Theme Area at SeaWorld Orlando Opens Today

Today sees the official opening of the new “Sesame Street” theme area at SeaWorld Orlando, which is located on the site of former “Shamu’s Happy Harbor” play area at the park’s southern end (cf. EAP News f. May 4th, 2018). Highlight of the new kids’ world is “Super Grover’s Box Car” family coaster from German manufacturer Zierer, a redesign of former “Shamu Express”.

Further novelties in “Sesame Street” land include the “Cookie Drop” family tower, “Elmo’s Choo Choo Train” ride, “Abby’s Flower Tower” round flight carousel as well as the new “Rubber Duckie Water Works” water playground. (eap)
