accesso and Adyen Expand Strategic Partnership
(eap) The accesso Technology Group, a provider of technology solutions to leisure, entertainment and cultural markets, has announced the expansion of its long-standing strategic partnership with Adyen, the Dutch technology services company specializing in payment processing. The aim of the collaboration is to further expand payment processes within the accesso ecosystem and secure them over the long term.
At the core of the expanded cooperation is the integration of so-called “embedded payments” as a central platform capability within accesso products. According to the company, accesso currently supports an annual transaction volume of more than five billion US dollars across both digital and on-site sales channels. The partnership is designed to provide the required scalability and operational reliability for complex, high-volume environments across multiple regions and sales channels.
The expanded partnership focuses on integrating embedded payments capabilities across all accesso products, establishing Adyen as accesso’s long-term global financial technology platform, and leveraging global scale effects to support high-volume, multi-regional operating models. In addition, a resilient payments foundation is intended to support further transaction growth.
“Deepening our partnership with Adyen reflects our commitment to strengthening accesso products through scale and trusted technology relationships,” explains Steve Brown, CEO at accesso. “By aligning around embedded payments as a core capability, we’re reinforcing a foundation to support our customers and enable long-term growth.”
“In the leisure industry, every second of uptime is critical to the guest experience,” adds Hemmo Bosscher, SVP, Platforms and Financial Services at Adyen. “By deepening our integration with accesso, we’re providing a single, unified platform built for the scale and resilience global attractions demand. This ensures that as accesso grows, their venues can process high-volume transactions across every channel without interruption.” ■
