potts park Celebrates Opening of Family Roller Coaster “Braus & Saus”
(eap) From today, visitors to Germany’s potts park Minden can enjoy the new family rollercoaster “Braus & Saus”. The new attraction, which is located in the “Wilde Steinzeit” (Eng.: “Wild Stone Age”) themed area, covers an area of around 2,000 square meters and has a track length of 218 meters. At the heart of the coaster layout are two so-called “Interlocking Twisted Spikes” – intersecting, open track ends that enable forwards and backwards rides. The coaster from ART Engineering reaches a maximum speed of up to 50 km/h and offers space for 16 people per ride.
A specially composed soundtrack by IMAscore and detailed theming create a vivid ambience. The attraction design was once again developed in collaboration with designer Alex Korting. According to the storyline, visitors embark on a turbulent journey through a bizarre Stone Age car wash: right at the start of the ride, passengers are “washed” and then “air-dried” throughout the rest of the ride.
