Niagara Takes Flight! A spectacular journey

The Niagara Falls are a spectacular natural wonder that captivates around 15 million visitors each year in the border region between Ontario (Canada) and the United States. One of the main points of interest for tourists in the Canadian city of Niagara Falls is the Table Rock Welcome Center – a visitor center operated by the Niagara Parks Commission that showcases and brings the breathtaking waterfalls to life in a variety of ways. Cétautomatix: Spinning at Parc Astérix

Only two years after the opening of “Toutatis”, Parc Astérix introduced another new roller coaster this summer: Cétautomatix. “We deliberately chose a spinning coaster. Not only the outdated equipment but also the interior of the dome – the projection surface itself – required complete renewal. In June of this year, after two years of renovation, the attraction was ceremoniously reopened – now standing as Europe’s first LED planetarium, offering immersive environments with state-of-the-art visual technology...

Aquapark Misdroy: New (under) water fun

The Polish Baltic Sea coast is becoming an increasingly popular holiday destination for German tourists as well. On the island of Wolin in the Pomeranian Bay lies the seaside resort of Misdroy (Polish: Międzyzdroje), which attracts visitors with its idyllic beaches and famous pier. One of the island’s largest hotel complexes is the Aqua Resort, which opened in 2019 and operated under the name Bel Mare until March 2025, offering 3,000 beds. The Prestige Development Group, investor and operator of the property, has now expanded the existing swimming area with a large new waterpark designed to leave no wish unfulfilled and further strengthen tourism in the region...
