“Mahuka” Hot Racer

“Mahuka” at Walibi Rhône-Alpes is Europe’s first Hot Racer, an innovative single rail coaster from Intamin Amusement Rides. Covering a track length of around 600 meters, the ride combines two catapult-style launches with a total of 13 airtime moments and reaches speeds of up to 67 km/h. The compact layout is characterized by a particularly dense sequence of elements which, together with the open arrangement of the single seats, creates a dynamic and intense ride experience. “Mahuka” demonstrates how Intamin is setting new benchmarks in the segment of compact high-thrill coasters with tailor-made engineering solutions.
