Germany: European Waterpark Association Offers Online Seminar on “Pool Operation in Times of the Corona Crisis”
During this more than difficult times for leisure and pool facilities, the European Waterpark Association (EWA) will offer a free online seminar for its members next week. Also, the online seminar will be open to members of the German Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (VDFU).
On Wednesday, April 1st, 2020 at 11:00 AM, Dr. Peter Christ, labor lawyer, will give a 45-minute lecture on “the application and implementation of short-time work, possible working models in times of crisis and compensation claims according to § 56 of the Infection Act.“ A further 45 minutes will be open for a round of questions & answers. Questions can be sent to the association in advance via e-mail or the myEWA platform.
Members of the EWA and the VDFU can register for the online seminar in the member area of their respective association’s website. (eap)
